Personal Marketing Toolkit — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Personal Marketing Toolkit is operated by Alex Mihai for his own authorised marketing reporting. Questions about data or access can be sent to alexmtrfnn@gmail.com.
Information accessed and purpose
The Google connection requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission allows access to specific Google Drive files created by or used with this app, including their spreadsheet contents and file metadata. It does not grant general access to the owner's entire Drive. The app uses this access to find, create, format, read and update its private reporting spreadsheet and to check that the report is private.
The current report contains reporting dates, source names, connection status, currency and available totals such as advertising spend, impressions, clicks and new-contact counts. Meta reporting and HubSpot contact counting use separately authorised connections. The Google report export contains aggregate contact counts, not individual contact names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Storage and sharing
Reports are stored in the owner's Google account and in the owner's private automation environment, including saved execution results and report exports. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted in n8n. Authorised administrators with access to the automation environment may access its data and execution results.
Google receives the file data needed to provide its Drive, Sheets and Data Studio reporting services. Data Studio uses its own separately authorised native Google Sheets connector; the n8n app's Google permission remains limited to drive.file. The automation hosting provider processes data needed to operate the private environment. Report files and the dashboard are owner-only unless the owner independently changes their sharing settings. The toolkit does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send it to AI services in the current configuration. Its optional AI step is disabled. Any future change to these practices requires updating this policy and obtaining any required permission before use.
Retention and control
The Latest worksheet is overwritten with the newest report. Saved execution results, exported reports and backups can retain earlier reports until deleted under the owner's maintenance settings; no automatic retention period is represented here. The owner can stop the workflow, delete its reporting files and remove stored credentials and execution results. Backups require separate deletion according to the hosting and backup arrangements.
Google access can be revoked in the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents further authorised Google API use but does not itself delete existing reports or backups. Data questions and deletion requests can be sent to the support email above.
Personal Marketing Toolkit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Updates
This policy will be updated when the toolkit's access, functionality or data practices change. This is a private personal tool; it is not currently offered as a commercial service or available for public registration.
